About the video:
A disembodied healer inhabits the damp, leaky corners of the web and reads your tarot. The script is generated through prompts given to an AI chatbot, trained on Python and using a decade of tweets by Ruba Al-Sweel. Uncanny affirmations for abundance are strung together with excerpts from ‘Capitalism and the Death Drive’ (2021) playing out in a sonic universe of ASMR and ambient noise.

About the artists :
Ruba Al-Sweel is a multidisciplinary creative with a practice rooted in writing and research focused on media theory and networked communications. She has published in magazines and books. Her work has appeared in the Brooklyn Rail, Art Asia Pacific, DoNotResearch, DAZED, DAMN Magazine, among others.
Rojda Yavuz is a writer and artist. Their interests include memories and violence, with a focus on the internet and digital subcultures, which they approach through a critique of power and coloniality. Yavuz holds a Master’s degree from SOAS University of London and is currently based in Brussels.
